Golden RODtronics is committed to quality, customer service
and customer satisfaction. With this in mind we have guide lines that
must be followed for consistency.
Shipping:
All items will be shipped U.P.S. Ground unless otherwise requested. Overnight
and second day air is available at an extra expense to the consumer. U.P.S.
requires a street address (no deliveries are made to P.O. Boxes). Any purchase
over $1000.00 will be shipped FREE!!
Credit Cards:
Golden RODtronics accepts Visa and Master Card. For your protection the address
on the invoice must be the same as the billing address for your credit card.
Any return of goods will be refunded in the form of credit to the card on
which the purchase was made.
Returns:
All returns must be accompanied with the original credit card receipt and invoice
( no photo copies will be excepted). All returns will be charged a 25% restocking
fee if there is no exchange of goods. No returns will be excepted after 90
days of the purchase date. No returns will be excepted without return authorization
number from Golden RODtronics. No returns will be excepted on parts that
have been installed and then removed or show signs of neglect or abuse.
Liabilities of Golden RODtronics:
Because Golden RODtronics cannot be assured that the remote control system
or any other product was installed as instructed, Golden RODtronics liability
is limited to the replacement of the remote control system or any other product.
The purchaser signifies his/her agreement with the warranty, and the limited
liabilities of Golden RODtronics stated herein, by the attempted or complete
installation of this product or products.
